Frederick M. Schaffer, M.D.

Frederick M. Schaffer M.D. is a board certified Allergist / Immunologist and has been a Fellow and/or a member of the American Immunology Association, the Clinical Immunology Society, the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.

Paul Holland, M.D.

Paul V. Holland, M.D. has been involved in blood banking and transfusion medicine since 1963. He spent over 20 years at the National Institutes of Health in the Blood Bank Department of the Clinical Center.  He has been a Clinical Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at UC Davis Medical Center (UCDMC) since 1983 and is now also a Clinical Professor of Pathology.

Dr. James Strader

Dr. James Strader founded Safe Harbor Compliance and Clinical Services in 2012. His responsibilities include the strategic direction of the company, acquisitions and development. Clarity Science, a division of Safe Harbor Compliance and Clinical Services, recently conducted a 3-year, IRB-approved pain study, OPERA (Optimizing Patient Experience and Response to Topical Analgesics).
